About Rich Baron
Rich Baron is a results-oriented leader within the life sciences industry, with over 28 years of direct pharmaceutical sales, marketing and L&D experience. The majority of his career has been split between leadership in Marketing (brand leadership and leading the Digital COE for business) and Learning & Development (direct training, corporate training and marketing and sales training leadership).
Rich has robust experience working with individuals and companies, helping them to position themselves and their offerings to successfully grow their business and/or improve their personal brand. He also brings an expertise in designing a learning infrastructure that can optimize employee development and positively impact performance.
Additionally, Rich is personally certified in training the critical communications skill, called Pyramid Thinking. This methodology is the premier way that all professional consultants are trained, globally, on how to communicate.
